outh Outreach ProgramThe Outreach Center is a cooperative effort between the Burbank Unified School District, the City of Burbank, the Burbank Police Department, the Los Angeles County Probation Department, and the Department of Children and Family Services; and focuses on providing assistance to families and at-risk youth.
