Program Name: After School Program - Middle School

Hours and Days of Operation: Mon, Weds-Fri. 3:00-5:00 p.m. Tues. 2:15-5:00 p.m.

Program Description: We provide programs for the middle school age boys and girls at three middle-school sites: Jordan, Luther, and Muir.

Mission Statement: To provide a positive atmosphere for middle school age boys and girls where they can take part in a variety of after-school recreational activities.

Notes: Emergency card must be filled out by parent/guardian.

Mission Statement: To provide recreation and opportunities for children in areas that are not within walking of our local parks. Our Mobile Recreation Vans contain a wide variety of recreational equipment (board games, sports equipment, craft materials, etc.)

Program Description: Children and adults are welcome to take a moderately difficult hike or to participate in a creative craft or outdoor cooking activity. Come explore nature with the Burbank Docents! Visit the Nature Center with its interpretive and interactive displays and programs.

Program Description: The Summer Parks Program is a drop-in program that offers recreational activities and free lunch for youths 18 and under. Children can play sports, games, create crafts, and participate in special events and many other activities.

Notes: The Summer Parks Program is offered at the following locations: Lundigan Park, McKinley School, Miller Park and Pacific Park.

Mission Statement: To give the youth a fun, safe place to meet, have fun, and make new friends.
