Although registration for summer aquatics classes has been held,

enrollments are accepted until classes are full. Provided that enrollment spaces are still available, late walk-in registration and on-line registration are accepted as follows:

Driver’s License or photo I.D. AND Burbank city utility bill for March, April, or May 2008

Examples of Child participant required proof

Birth Certificate, passport, or Burbank school report card AND parent or guardian proof of residency (as stated above)
*Participants without proof of Burbank residency will be charged the non-resident fee.
Each child’s American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Certification Card
Completed registration forms
Acceptable payment: Only Cash or personal check accepted.
Driver’s License is required. Make checks payable to City of Burbank.

After June 14 registration is accepted

Provided that spaces are available, register on-line for the following

selected Aquatics Programs only:

Level I, Adult Beginning, Aqua Trim, Guard Start (Jr. Lifeguard), Lifeguard Training, Parent and Child Aquatics, and Swim Team. Walk-in registration for all other classes, Level II-VI Learn-to-Swim classes and Water Polo will be accepted on May 3, May 10, and June 14.

Refund Policy

It is the City of Burbank's goal to provide quality classes and programs. In the event that a student is unable to participate in a class, a refund will be granted if the following guidelines are met:

	A $5.00 refund processing fee will be assessed for each class refund.
	Notification of withdrawal must be given to Aquatics/Registration Staff a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled session start date.
	Notification given less than two (2) weeks prior to the session start date will result in a 50% refund for each class session.
	Once the session begins, no refunds will be issued.
	In the event that a session is cancelled by the Park, Recreation and Community Services Department, a full refund will be issued.
	A refund check will be mailed in approximately 3-4 weeks
