The Management
Services Department provides numerous support services, involving a wide
range of internal administrative functions, to all City departments. It
plays an integral role in enhancing each department's ability to better
serve the Burbank community. This department consists of two
divisions: Labor Relations/Human Resources Division and Risk
Management/Safety Division.
