The Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department is responsible for providing well-maintained recreational facilities, as well as programs and activities designed to meet the recreational, cultural, social, and human service needs of the Burbank community. In addition, the Department is responsible for maintenance and improvements of all municipal grounds and parkway trees, as well as the DeBell Golf Course and the Starlight Bowl. The Department is organized into three divisions: Park Services, Recreation Services, and Senior/Human Services and the DeBell Golf Course.
