ARTICLE I

MISCELLANEOUS

 

Section 1. TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX

Each transient shall pay a tax in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the rent charged by the operator.

Section 2. TRANSIENT PARKING TAX

Each individual paying for short-term parking (less than 1 calendar month) shall pay a "Transient" parking tax of ten percent (10%) of the total amount charged by the parking facility operator.
