Attached is the City of Burbank Vendor List application. Please fill in all information requested, and highlight all commodities and categories that your firm is interested in bidding on.
When we receive your application, your firm will be added to the Vendor List for all applicable commodities and categories you have listed. There is no guarantee your firm will receive all quotations for the specific commodities or categories selected since some vendor lists have become extremely lengthy. We include as many vendors as practical when mailing out quotations. Please contact the Purchasing Division for any quotation you may be interested in.
