"Burbank is a great community, but we are confronted today with traffic congestion, land giveaways, and overdevelopment, which are impacting our quality of life.  As your Councilman, I will work to address impacts now ... not later. I believe elected officials must be held to a higher standard of ethics and accountability. My goal is to put people first and support our small businesses. We must preserve the unique character of our neighborhoods while encouraging and supporting small businesses which together greatly add to Burbank’s desirability.

"We have had enough Airport expansion. The Airport has been expanded and will double in passengers in the future. The City spent millions to win land use control over the Airport. Yet, the property that was supposed to have been sold to stop expansion ... wasn’t. The threat of increased flights, traffic, and takeoffs to the east remains if the terminal is relocated, and will further impact the
Hillside, Magnolia Park, the Rancho and Toluca Lake.
