Services and Products
The Public Information Office provides a comprehensive program of
information about City services and activities in print and video
formats. The office phone number is (818) 238-5840. The print section maintains the City's web site and produces a Civic Calendar and Annual
Report, the Annual Work Program, the City map, periodic citizen and
employee newsletters, and other publications designed to keep
the community informed. The video section produces a video magazine
show, "Burbank Magazine" and other productions highlighting
City services, programs and special events, as well as the cablecasting of
live meetings.
City Council Meetings
Burbank City Council meetings are cablecast LIVE each Tuesday at
6:00 p.m. on Burbank TV6. Meetings are replayed on Wednesdays at 10
a.m.; Fridays at 6 p.m.; and Saturdays at 1 p.m.
Burbank TV6
The Public Information Office
operates BTV6, Burbank's government access channel on Charter
Communications cable channel 6. It is seen on channel 16 in the
neighboring city of Glendale. Subscribers to the U-Verse AT&T
fiber optic service will find Burbank TV6 located on channel 99. Check the Burbank TV6
listing for the latest programming information.
Electronic Bulletin Board
Keep informed of activities and programming on Burbank TV6 by taking a
look at the Electronic Bulletin Board. You'll find announcements from
City departments about programs and services. The Bulletin Board can
be seen daily between all video programming on government access cable
channel 6.

When an emergency of major proportions occurs with a direct effect on
Burbank, turn to Burbank TV6, radio station BAM 1620 on
