Berry, Press Information Officer @ 818 238-3237 FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR SLAIN BURBANK OFFICER The funeral services for slain Burbank Police Officer Matthew Pavelka will take place at 10 A.M. Friday, November 21, 2003, at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills. The cemetery is located at 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, adjacent to the 134 Freeway in Los Angeles. The public is welcome. Attendees are encouraged to begin arriving at 8:30 A.M. due to the large crowd expected, and should enter the area from the east using the Forest Lawn exit off the 134 Freeway. Internment is private. There will be a procession of Burbank Police and Fire employees escorting the casket to the services, leaving the Police/Fire Building at approximately 9 A.M. and driving through the City of Burbank along Olive Avenue to Forest Lawn Drive. A Memorial Fund has been established on behalf of Matthew Pavelka at the Burbank City Employees Federal Credit Union, 1800 W. Magnolia Blvd. Burbank, CA. 91506, 818-846-1710, attention Pavelka Memorial Fund. The public is also invited to attend a Community Candlelight vigil honoring Officer Matthew Pavelka. This will be held in front of the Burbank Police/Fire Building, located at 200 N. Third Street, on Tuesday, November 25th at 5:30PM. Burbank
