Burbank City Council Seeks Applicants for 
Civic Pride Committee

Applications are being accepted by the Burbank City Council to fill one vacancy of an unexpired term on the Civic Pride Committee ending June 1, 2004. The Committee meets every fourth Monday at 5:30 p.m., and is responsible for recommending ways in which to promote and project a positive and favorable public image of the City of Burbank. The mission of the Committee is to encourage civic pride in being a resident or business in the City of Burbank.

Interested individuals can pick up an application at the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 275 East Olive Avenue. Application forms are also available on the City's Website, www.ci.burbank.ca.us.

All City Board, Commission, and Committee members serve without compensation (BMC Section 2-405) and must be electors of and actually reside in the City. No person shall serve on more than one Board, Commission or Committee at the same time.
