Burbank City Council Seeks Applicants Applications are still being accepted by the Burbank City Council for appointment to a Charter Review Committee. It is anticipated that the Committee will have 11 members who will meet as often as is necessary to complete a review of the City of Burbank Charter and make specific recommendations for changes. Any changes to the City’s Charter must be placed before the voters of Burbank. This is an opportunity to participate in affecting changes to your City government as well as serve your City. Interested persons can pick up an application at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 275 East Olive Avenue. The application period will remain open until sufficient applications have been received. All City Board, Commission, and Committee members serve without compensation (BMC Section 2-405) and must be electors of and actually reside in the City of Burbank. # # # |
