Burbank City Council Seeks Applicants for Vacancy on Community Development Goals Committee Applications are being accepted through January 23, 2004 by the Burbank City Council for one vacancy of an unexpired term on the Community Development Goals Committee, ending on June 1, 2004. The Committee has nine members in total who meet on call. The Committee functions as liaison between the Community Development Department and Burbank residents on matters relevant to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Interested persons can pick up an application at the City Clerk’s Office in City Hall, 275 East Olive Avenue. Application forms are also available on-line (click here). The deadline for submitting an application to the City Clerk is Friday, January 23, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. All City Board, Commission, and Committee members serve without compensation (BMC Section 2-405) from the City and must be electors of and actually reside in the City. # # #
