Burbank ’s 15-member Charter Review Committee was appointed by the City Council on August 30, 2005.  Charged with the task of reviewing the City’s Charter and making recommendations to the Council for revisions, the Committee developed a proposed Charter that was presented to and reviewed by the City Council on October 24, 2006.  The Council chose at that time to place several separate measures relating to Charter amendments on the April 2007 ballot for consideration by the Burbank voters.  The Council will review the language for the proposed ballot measures at its meeting scheduled for:

Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 6:30 pm
Council Chambers, Second Floor, Burbank City Hall, 275 East Olive Avenue

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the meeting to get information and to provide input to the Council.
